The ALLU AC 20-22 is a purpose built screener crusher bucket that enables hard rock and often troublesome demolition materials and construction debris to be effectively reduced onsite and less material sent to landfill.
The AC 20-22 essentially functions as a jaw crusher or a primary crushing tool, allowing the excavator or wheel loader to process and recycle materials onsite.
By crushing and recycling materials onsite, the AC 20-22 minimises the need for transportation of waste and reduces the need for virgin materials.
Quickly change the material output size
The AC 20-22 has a unique feature allowing the discharge size to be changed in 3 to 5 minutes by simply removing the adjusting pin in the back and repositioning it to one of the numbered holes on the frame.
Less jamming and bridging
Another unique feature of the AC 20-22 is its jaw that can be run in both directions, which helps avoid jamming or bridging of the material, even with wet materials.
With the bottom eccentric jaw movement material can flow freely through the jaws increasing the capacity of the material output and reverse mode allows to keep the jaws clean.
