ALLU D series

For Large Material Processing and Handling Tasks
Efficient
The patented ALLU Top Screen (TS) Blades are the ultimate tool for screening materials like top soil, sand, and construction waste. The TS Self-Cleaning Design allows the best possible capacity even with wet materials without clogging and breakdowns.
Plug & Play
The ALLU Screening Buckets are designed to be used in various applications and with a multitude of base machines ranging from large excavators to small skid steers.
Versatile
One ALLU can produce multiple fragment sizes with various blades and drum configurations
By changing the drum structure and blade options you can use the same screening bucket for a variety of tasks. Alternatively, you can have multiple screening buckets set up for the tasks you need. For crushing and aerating use the X-Drums, for all screening applications choose the TS drum structure. XHD can be used for mixing, screening and crushing.

ALLU Buckets transform Waste into Useable Material
Separating a quality product from a waste material is at the core of many civil construction and infrastructure services. For the waste sector, the sorting and screening of bulk waste material from earth works can be a difficult and cost consuming process.
ALLU Transformer buckets are purpose built for efficient material processing. Catering for applications of all sizes, and capable of processing any material that can be screened and sorted, the ALLU buckets transform materials into valuable products making processing jobs more efficient, more environmentally friendly, and minimising the need for transportation of waste or replacement materials.

Transforming Efficiency with the new Variable Drum
The latest ALLU innovation is Variable Drum (VD drum), which enables the operator to quickly replace fixed TS blades without the need to open the chain-box. Enabling a variable drum setup means an individual drum or blades can be changed more quickly, saving time and money.
ALLU New VD Drum is currently available for DN 3-12 TS and DN 3-17 TS models.
ALLU D series material processing buckets
The series includes three models: DN, DS, and DH. In each model name, the first number indicates the number of drums, and the last number represents the bucket’s width in millimeters (e.g. "12" means 1200mm).
