ALLU Crusher effectively crushes and recycles troublesome materials

The heavy-duty range of ALLU Crusher attachments have been purpose designed to meet the requirements of the quarrying, demolition and recycling industries. Whilst the ALLU Transformer range (DL, D and M series) offers unique productivity and efficiency benefits on soft rock and other materials, the ALLU Crusher range enables hard rock, and often troublesome demolition materials such as building rubble, natural stones, asphalt materials, concrete, and construction debris, to be effectively reduced and recycled onsite and less material sent to landfill. 

ALLU Crushers essentially function as a jaw crusher or a primary crushing tool, allowing the excavator or wheel loader to process and recycle materials onsite. 

By crushing and recycling materials onsite, the ALLU Crusher minimises the need for transportation of waste and reduces the need for virgin materials. 

Quickly change the material output size 

The ALLU Crushers have a unique feature allowing the discharge size to be changed in 3 to 5 minutes by simply removing the adjusting pin in the back and repositioning it to one of the numbered holes on the frame.

Less jamming and bridging

Another unique feature of the ALLU Crushers is its jaw that can be run in both directions, which helps avoid jamming or bridging of the material, even with wet materials. With the bottom eccentric jaw movement material can flow freely through the jaws
increasing the capacity of the material output and reverse mode allows to keep the jaws clean.

The ALLU AC 5-17FD screens and separates different materials found in construction and demolition waste, such as concrete, brick, wood, metal, and plastics and reduces waste volume by crushing it down to six different sizes starting at 0-15mm, for the smallest fragment, up to the largest fragment of 0-75millimetres.
